At Caterpillarart Store, all items are custom-made and printed specifically for you, which is why we do not accept returns unless the item is defective. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us or email us at Email: [email protected] within 30 days of order delivery to let us know. Our customer service team will assist you with a replacement or refund if necessary.

If we determine that the problem with your order is major, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund in a timely manner. In such cases, you may keep the product at your disposal.

Please note that we do not offer refunds unless we have verified that the item is eligible for a refund according to our policies. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

We want your order to be perfect, so please review your order information carefully before submitting it. Check for spelling, names, and options to avoid any errors.

  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address

Once an order has been placed, it is sent into production within 12 hours. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations or modifications to the order within the first 12 hours after it has been placed.


Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If it has been more than 30 days since your delivery date, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

At Caterpillarart Store, we create all items on demand. This means that when you place your order, we print your item(s) specifically for you. Due to the customized and printed-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

However, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. If you receive an order with a defect, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issue, please contact us or email us at Email: [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide proof of the received item, and we will respond to your inquiry within 12 hours Monday through Friday.

Your happiness is important to us, and we will do everything we can to make it right. If your claim is approved, we can issue a full refund or provide you with a replacement item free of charge.

Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refund time

We offer full refunds for the cost of your order, including the transaction fee and shipping fee. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

The timeline for receiving your refund depends on the payment method you used. Please refer to the following estimated time frames:

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
